Teatro del Gusto | A Michelin-starred dinner in four acts
A journey through the story of Chef Gaetano Trovato of Ristorante Arnolfo in Colle di Val d'Elsa (Siena)
Among the gastronomic experiences at Michelin-starred restaurants, Teatro del Gusto is a story to be lived together. Around a convivial table, every dish becomes a scene: the dining room and kitchen team reveal previously untold stories, in a theatrical way, tied to the life of Chef Gaetano Trovato. From Sicily to Colle di Val d’Elsa, from the 1960s to what is yet to come: a true journey through time, through memories and flavours.

The tasting menu:
14 courses in four acts
Each act of the tasting menu moves through a different era, retracing the gestures, flavours and objects that have shaped Arnolfo’s identity. It is the team that gives voice to this story: through the dishes, the service, the words. The table becomes a theatre, a place of encounter and exchange, where guests take part in a living, shared story.
